It was supposed to deliver one week after I made the purchase, instead it was delivered almost 2 weeks after the purchase, when I was not longer at the destination point. I tryed to change the adress or the deliver method and it was imposible; now I am trying to figure out how to make to get this product because I am not longer in the USA and the package is at a front deskin the hotel I was staying

Horrible packaging/ products boxed damaged

I received a Barley perfume in an open box, and when I requested a refund, the company only offered a 10% discount. The purchase was intended as a gift, and they didn’t offer a priority replacement. Scotch & Soda is not what it used to be. I used to be a loyal fan, but this feels like an entirely different brand now. So disappointing and sad.
