I buy so many clothes from you but i have a question about this chino. Since day one some fibers, small hair and substances pilling in the surface of the and is difficult to take them out. First time this happens to me with your product. Is it because of the material?

i ordered 2 chinos one came with the wrong size, i ordered 32 , it came 28 so i had to give it away the one that came in the right size, 32 was too large for my waist, it appeared to be like a 34 easily so i also had to give it away
