True to size / very flattering to my body. I love this set so much and it can definitely handle my workouts (weight lifting). I will be purchasing more from this brand!!!

Unfortunately I am finding vital to be very inconsistent. I have a camo set I love and fits great but I bought the same print leggings and they ripped within 2 wears. Literally ripped down the butt crack. I bought this print but it's very odd. It doesn't fit the same and there are white portions that look very strange on the butt. The scrunch on my leggings is too tight so it sits in a weird place. Idk. Im torn because some items fit great and others in the same size fit bad

I have a very short torso and Vital Apparel shorts are the only ones that fit me exactly how i like.
