0/5 stars — Sizing issues + no recourse, despite doing my homework Ordered the Amplify Ultra-High Rise Short and Coco Short after checking the size chart, reading sizing-specific reviews, and watching sponsor try-on videos. Neither fit. Turns out both were final sale — a policy that wasn't clearly disclosed at checkout, so I had no chance to factor that into my decision. Customer service (shoutout to Ian - who may or may not be an actual person) was polite but unhelpful: lots of "we appreciate your feedback" language, no actual answer on whether the checkout disclosure issue would be reviewed or fixed. After two follow-ups, still no real engagement with the actual concern — just templated empathy. Donated the shorts to a shelter so they wouldn't go to waste. Won't be ordering from a new brand again without clear return terms up front.

comfortable but completely see-through in the back! I bought it on sale and I am so disappointed that I cannot return it. Could not believe it, this was true for every bottom I ordered—the front is fine but you can see right through the entire back. I cannot wear this to the gym.
