I’ve been taking these maca root capsules for about a month now and I’m really happy with them. It’s always hard to know if a supplement is doing much at first, but I’ve definitely noticed a gradual improvement in my energy and overall sense of wellbeing. The capsules are easy to take and good quality, and I appreciate that they’re from a brand I trust. I’d happily buy them again.
