Mentaid

I don't really leave reviews, but I have been so happy with Mentaid. The more I read about what's in it, the more I love it. Such a good product!

I really appreciate that Mentaid is a good 'ol fashioned capsule and doesn’t require mixing a drink or keeping bags of gummies on my countertop...which seems to be the latest supplement trend. I tried those but I always forgot or had to go out my way to remember. Capsules are simple and don't make a mess and I just add them to my daily pill container then don't have to think about it again.

I trusted Mentaid because it didn’t feel like one of those supplements that tries to say it helps with everything at once. A lot of the other formulas I looked at had a huge list of ingredients and made it seem like they could help with almost anything. But Mentaid was more focused and the ingredients actually made sense to me because they were things I had heard of before and that are commonly associated with cognitive health, so the formula felt more credible instead of just trying to do/be everything at once.
