Vevor 1x30 Edge-Leading Angle Guide

My only complaint would be that the item required modification to be usable. Modification was due to vevor changing things which, is understandable and not a slight on CCC. my gripe would be too let the customers know that the product sold is for the original open frame version. Other than that, I'm a super novice knife sharpener and after modifications was able to get a very sharp first time sharpener edge on my knives. Product is amazing and id recommend it to anyone, with the knowledge of the two different versions. CCC has been amazing with communication after purchase, very helpful and tried to "make it right" though I turned down the offer. Come on, I own a belt grinder now, I can do anything!! Thank you CCC for a great product.

I wish it had a bit more versatility and could be used with a leather sopping belt. Currently there is not enough clearance. I know you state that on your website but I would like to have the option of using a stropping belt without removing the unit. When I received the guide the U shaped slots were way too narrow and I had to use a Dremel to enlarge them. No big deal but it should have been made to fit in the first place. The slots were also off so they had to be widened in one direction to let the machine screws clear and align with the platen. After getting it to fit onto the Vevor, it seems to work well. That said, I hope more clearance can be added to accommodate a stopping belt.

The angle guide installs very easily and fast. Then set it and forget it. Belt changing is still very easy. Th guide makes it easy to keep your angle!
