There was nothing wrong with the product but They didn’t specify that you had to type in from before your chikds name. I told them this and i was promised a replacement. Royalmail let me know they had two tracking numbers but weren’t sent any items. two weeks later was told i wasnt going to get the replacement that i was promised and that i had bern waiting for! Very unprofessional and dissapointing.
