Didn't receive my original order despite paying for it. However, I emailed and they replied to my message sorting out the problem promptly. I received my picture within the week and was very pleased with it. They were helpful and apologetic about the admin error. Have placed orders with Bellisima on a couple of occasions before with no problems and will definately be using them again. Excellent customer service.

We hadto say good by to Ted a few weeks ago and I saw this website and liked the transformation from photo to the final pictures. I liked them so much, I ordered 3 prints for other members of my family. They are beautiful, I love them.

It's a beautiful picture of my beloved black Labrador who died in April. It is so close to the photograph and I love it. The only slight issue was the packaging. The picture was slightly creased as it was rolled up and put in a cardboard box rather than a tube. I had to iron it very carefully before framing it.
