First time, Very satisfied

I’m not going to lie I thought this was too good to be true and I had some buddies look over the deck list too and they thought for a starter Vijay no way but I’m very impressed with the cards condition and the quality of the deck. Thanks guys I’ve played a few times and my friends hate already.

Annoyingly Good

So I bought 4 decks(this will be posted across 4 decks). First off the purchasing process was simple and secure thanks to the "shop" app. Makes tracking packages and making the payment super streamlined. Their support team is S tier, very rapid replies, very to the point, and they leave out the corporate gibberish we have all come to know too well and despise. You can tell that they truly want to put their customers first. I ordered the "Edgar markov" deck with no commander and the team even reached out to make sure that I knew that that specific commander deck did not come with said commander. The shipping time they gave me and when it arrived was slightly off, for the better. It came roughly a week earlier than their first projected arrival date. Now packaging, I thought I was breaking into fort knox trying to get into it. It was double bagged ina very dense plastic bag with bubble wrap inside. Inside the bags it comes in a plastic case with a band around it to make sure the plastic case does not open, within the case is also packaging peanuts to keep stuff from shifting and possibly damaging the cards. And as a bonus they give you a dry erase "token card" in each deck. The cards inside were all of great quality. I haven't yet seen any of them with banged up corners or white edging. I can't really explain my experience at the table top because I just got it, but you have a deck list and can easily see how you think it'll do by putting it into moxfield for simulated draw steps and etc. Listen I dont often leave reviews but I was blown away with my entire experience with this website and team.
