Missing Half of my Order

I have reached out multiple times to receive my other cards, and am very impressed by the cards I have received and love them dearly, I noticed when I went to open the second bag that it seemed to be a duplicate of my deck and my gem singles, I seem to have gotten double the gem variants and none of the rainbows, also I am missing all of the Resident Evil Cards which I was quite looking forward to, I'm glad I received two of the devil may cry decks since I wanted extras anyway, I am just saddened by the lack of Resident Evil Cards.
