Such a simple beauty yet so practical.

Ease of installment, easy-peasy. Working with the bag (puttig stuff in, buckling it up, and placing it on the bike's Bagman rack on back of bicycle) is superb and quick. It does look sexy, classy, and practical without looking silly and overloaded.

The product itself is a great accomplishment. However, customer service and return on orders is a bit unmatched. My order was not sent when it was supposed to be. I had to contact the company. When my order arrived, a foam piece was ripped. I finally was able to contact someone about a return. They sent me a label. I have returned the product with the tags, unused, and have yet to hear back about my refund. I do have proof that it was delivered. Over a $300 order and I have yet to be reimbursed.

Makes the Barley more useful

I have had a Barley for years, hanging off the saddle. It always seemed to hang low and put stress on the leather straps. The Bagman makes it make sense, so much so I bought a second bag (Audax) and Bagman Sport for my other bike.
