Great winter jacket for dachshunds

It was hard to find a winter jacket for our dachshund puppy, so we were really happy when Longboi released this puffer. The integrated harness is a definite plus, makes getting ready to go outside so much easier. Our pup is only 6 months old, so we had a bit of a hard time with the sizing. We went with a small, but it is still a bit big. The quality of the jacket is great. My only critique would maybe be the ties on the elastics around the back legs. They actually came off so we can't adjust the tightness of the elastics anymore. Maybe something sturdier would be better, but overall, it's a great option for pups in winter climates.

I really love this all‑in‑one dachshund winter coat with the built‑in harness. It makes getting ready so easy—slip it on, clip the leash, and we’re out the door. It’s warm enough for Canadian weather too, which my little longboi absolutely needs. My mini doxie is extra low to the ground, so the chest does brush the snow a bit, but honestly it’s still the best coat we’ve tried. And if they ever make a version with attached boots that detach—something warm, waterproof, and actually shaped for tiny doxie legs—I’d buy them instantly. Because let’s be real: my dog walks like a confused baby deer in regular boots, so a built‑in system might finally save us both!

We got a large for our boy and he has never looked more comfortable and free in the snow than he has today. We are so happy!
