might've been a factory defect hopefully but there's used marks on the side hopefully not used shoes. Overall the shipping's fast and packaging okay

I got a half size up, thats what I usually do for my climbing shoes and they were quite tight but are starting to form to my foot now. The grip I have on the wall is worth a little uncomfortably the first few days.

Excellent Products! Love it!
