Disappointed

Broke in two days. I was only offered to purchase another necklace for a discount. I asked for a refund in exchange for me returning it and that was not allowed. I explained that I was sleeping and not doing anything malicious when it broke. My last emails were completely ignored. I am heartbroken because I really loved the necklace but now I'm several hundred dollars out without one.

Pretty and unique

Very pretty representation of the electrical system of the heart. Perfect gift for our electrocardiologist we work for. It’s brand new and we haven’t even given it to her yet, so I cannot say how the finish/shine holds up with wearing.
