I was originally dissatisfied with a couple aspects of my jewelry purchase, and wrote a critical review. Specifically, the 3D design of the adenovirus was uncomfortable to wear when a coat or a person caused the 'spikes' to press into my chest. I was also uncertain if the sterling silver was genuine. Luk reached out to me in a courteous and professional manner to address my concerns, ask follow-up questions, and give me more information. He assured me that the jewelry was, in fact, sterling silver, and what seemed 'off' to me about it was most likely due to the polish of the 3D printing process. At this point I feel the jewelry I received was as pictured and described, and therefore the product of an honest company. The service was considerate and proactive. While I am still not thrilled with certain aspects of the design (the 3D aspect making it uncomfortable to wear when I get a hug, etc.) I have to give them credit for creating an original, accurate, science-themed product that is not widely available elsewhere, and following that up with good business practices. 3/5 stars for the product, 4/5 for the company direction, service, etc.
