Patchwork Floral Button-Front Maxi Dress

I was so excited for this dress based on the photos, but what arrived was incredibly disappointing. The quality is nowhere near what is advertised. The fabric is extremely thin, the construction feels cheap, and the dress doesn’t have the same look or feel as the photos on the website. To make matters worse, I tried contacting customer service to request a return, but the email address doesn’t work. At this point, I have no way to reach the company, which is incredibly frustrating after spending $67 CAD. I feel like I wasted my money and regret this purchase. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve both the quality of their products and their customer service.

Product too small and material very flimsy. I bought at the end of June for a wedding bank holiday in August, took 5 weeks to arrive, had to go and buy another dress. Finally arrived yesterday and im very disappointed.
