it works. I hit 380 on the bench with them yesterday but I will say that it hurts the skin a bit so I'd recommend wearing a long sleeved shirt of shorts.

These are the best wraps I’ve ever used, my bench went up from grinding out 275 to throwing up 305 after the first use!
