Leg drive is a lot easier. It usually wont add more weight to how much u bench but u can get like an exta rep or 2 easier. Also make sure to fasten the straps on the bottom bench tight otherwise it comes up.

Works so well! I got the A7 Grip shirt but it wasn't giving me the grip I needed on bench because of how sweaty I was. I just got the bench bro and used it for my primary bench day and it worked exactly how I needed it. The best grip I've ever had on the bad Crunch benches.

I wish i had bought this mat earlier if i knew how great this thing is. Major game changer fornme because the benches we have at the gym i go to is slippery.
