I fill 1/2 my 750ml bottles with water add 2 scoops of UCAN shake to mix well, and finish filling with water, it helps the dilution. I use it for endurance cycling and love the product constant energy delivery.

LOVE THIS

I LOVE the unflavored energy powder because I can mix it with pretty much anything. I like to buy the hydrate variety packs (watermelon and pineapple are my favorite flavors) and mix one stick with a scoop of this and water and take it before my long runs. I can't tell you how much of a difference it makes when I mix this with hydrate vs. just taking it alone. No crash, and easier recovery. Just try it, you'll thank me later.

Provides no spike energy. The bag is a disaster though. The scope is clear and gets lost. No matter how I try to not make a mess it does not work. Please bring back the individual packets. Way better than the big bag.
