My left nostril is mostly blocked because of the shape of my nose, I was born with a deviated septum. This little device worked great to open up my nostril canal, the difference was amazing, best i have been able to breath ever. My husband snores really bad, this didn’t help however he did say he enjoyed the breathing experience, really opens up you airways, great for mediation. It was a little uncomfortable to wear but after a few nights it was like i wasn't even wearing it.

Breath aid works but some discomfort

Advertised as useful for deviated septum that cause difficulty breathing. It definitely works but I find some discomfort, possibly due to the severity of my septum which causes it to dig in slightly where it sort of slots on. Otherwise it's a great product.
