To top it off, I had to pay EXTRA for shipping at the post office, even though it was already paid for at checkout! Absolute trash.

The return address is conveniently located in the US — obviously, no one in their right mind is going to pay to ship it back there. Their Chinese partner had major customs issues, and the package was returned to the sender multiple times. To top it all off, I had to pay extra for shipping at the post office, even though shipping was already fully paid for in the order!
