It's somewhere between a toner and a lightweight lotion, which I don't mind in the summer. With a lot of Cosrx products I notice an immediate difference, but this one has very subtle effects. Still, I've enjoyed using it so far!

I love applying toner with this mist. It sprays evenly, softly and instantly refreshing. The mist feels very moisturizing while not heavy. Love to use morning after applying actives because it feels soothing.
