4" Aviator Staunton Ebony wood Chess Pieces

Beautiful gift

I made my son a chess board as a surprise gift. I purchased the 4" Aviator Staunton Ebony wood chess pieces to go with the board. The pieces arrived carefully wrapped and are beautiful. As an avid chess player, my son was extremely excited and thankful to receive such a nice set; the combination of the beautiful set and the chess board I made him was a perfect combination. The weight and features on the pieces are excellent and, while a cliche to say "classic," that is exactly what they are and what I wanted for him. A classic set of fine chess pieces.
