Exactly as pictured! Isn't titanium so I was waiting a few days to see if I'd have any potential skin reactions to the stainless steel, nothing so far and feels super comfortable! Seems to be accurately described. Easy to put in, looks great. I got the 8mm, not overly snug but sits right under my nose nicely.
