20G Titanium Hinged Segment Nose Ring

Too small for my nose but perfect for my ears, would sixe up to 8mm or larger for the nose

This is my second purchase from you, and on my first order, I was immediately impressed by the quality and packaging. It was so good that I decided to buy from you again, and I still think you're one of the best. However, with my second order, I bought more jewelry. Don’t get me wrong—everything looks great, and I plan to keep shopping with you. But I was unfulfilled with the clamps. They are too flimsy and don’t stay in place. It feels like they don’t snap as tightly as they should. The products are the 20G 12mm Titanium hinged segment nose ring and the 18G 13mm hinged segment Titanium nose hoop. Is this just how they are supposed to be, or could there be a manufacturing issue? Thank you
