Homestyle Brisket

Brisket is very good, although a little more fatty than I like. I miss being able to select my own sides. I dislike spinach, and that means I no longer have access to the main dishes that include spiniach as a side.

If you like your brisket soft, gently separating with a fork while retaining its moisture, this dinner is perfection.
