Signature

There was only 1 bag from dry ice and it was gone. I questionally put the food in the freezer and have not gotten sick so far. Also they delivered it after I was already in bed for the night. So it sat out all night. I just want you to know these things. Normally the food is great.

I couldn’t believe how horrible these meals were - they were inedible. After microwaving according to instructions, the eggs tasted like sponge. The meat was thin, fatty, and extremely dry. I ended up throwing most away but was refused a refund and told it was just my “personal preference”. Yes, I personally prefer my food edible.

The box arrived dripping wet, although the contents were good and frozen. There was another broken food container after 4 broken containers last week. menu was soaked through so was unreadable. Very frustrating!
