I keep coming back

This is my favorite paddle of all time. Switched to it from a Ruby. The increase in power was substantial with no loss of control or spin. I then tried a Proton series 1 After a month I gave it away and got a new Alecto green gen 2.

Top notch customer service!

I purchased 2 of the Alecto Blues on the Pickln website, but my order was stuck in “preparing for shipping” for multiple days, so I reached out to customer support. They let me know that my order had been sent to Amazon for fulfillment. After a few more days passed with no progress, I reached out to customer service again. They apologized for the delay, shipped me 2 Alecto Blues from their in house inventory the very next day and added a couple freebie knickknacks for the trouble. Their communication is absolutely top notch, which can’t be said of most of the smaller pickleball paddle companies.

Nice paddle and excellent customer service

This paddle is nice upgrade from the Vatic Pro Prism Flash that I was using. The transition didn’t take very long and it’s much more capable. There was an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and less than 10 minutes they got back to me and fully resolved the issue. Excellent customer service, that’s how you keep customers.
