I haven't used the fabric yet. I've always used Aida because it's what I could find locally. The quality of the fabric looks good and sturdy. The weave is very even and smooth. The natural color will show the ecru thread very well. I'm working on Despina's Anemone pattern on aida but really wish I would have done it on the groundcloth instead. I'm looking forward to using this for other Avlea patterns that I purchased.
