Luxury Backrest Reading Pillow

Really enjoying it. Comfortable and supports my back and neck well.

Very comfortable but only lasted 4 months due to the zippers breaking after the first wash. Contacted customer service and no replacement cover available to buy and company did not offer to send a replacement cover either. For an expensive pillow my expectation is that it should last longer than 4 months. I would be willing to even buy the replacement cover but the company said this was not even possible. If the cover zippers wouldnt have broken i would have given it 5 stars, and if they would have sent a replacement cover or offered to let me even buy a replacement cover, i would have given it 4 stars. Disapponted.
