The Original eReader Belt Bag

This is my new favorite purse the kindle pocket is everything! I love small bags cause I have a big bag that I have to take to work so the less I have to carry the better. This is big enough to fit my little wallet, hand sanitizer, chapstick, eyeliner and mascara, phone, and headphones along with my kindle!

I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my life. The customer care, the AI chat response bot “Samantha,” the lying and scheming to make sure I can’t cancel or return my order, to the poor quality of the actual product. My experience with this company is abysmal. I’ve already put in a dispute with my visa company with documentation evidence that I tried to cancel my order. I was told I could return it, then once I received the package, was not ‘eligible’ for returns, so I’m stuck with this garbage product and a loss of money that I can only hope my visa will get back for me. Truly awful, I’ve been telling all of my friends in the book community and also shared my experience with this company on my public social media platform to ward them off from ever purchasing from Hello Clio.

While the bag is very functional I think it would be better to have just the one pocket in the front and then the kindle spot. With it being two different pockets in front there’s not much space and would be better if it was just one. But otherwise the bag is very cute and I love that my kindle has its own spot!
