Outstanding and reliable morning go-to. Impossible to get a bad cup, and works with any dripper. I prefer an origami with Cafec abaca paper. Tasting notes are on point, flavor is rich with some acidity. 1:16 ratio, medium-fine grind, 93 deg water.
