Great quality. Good installation instructions, however the reversal of the strut bolt was more difficult that shown in the video

I own a Denago xl nomad. I received the steps, but a bag was missing with additional nuts and bolts. I called the company the following day and had the missing parts send off. They were polite and immediate rectified the error. Installing the steps was a bit more difficult than the guy in the YouTube video, but only because of the lack of working space and awkward position under the golf cart.

Adding the steps was a game changer. Made it so much easier getting up and out of the golf cart.
