I purchased this device for my golf cart. It arrived quickly and I found it very easy to install. The only problem was that it wouldn’t turn on the cart. The device would light up but it would not start the cart. I called service and they told me how to return it and gave me a claim number. I wrapped it up, took it to UPS and then I texted the routing number to costumer service and a day later I received a refund. I will use this company again if I need their services.
