So my lobsters showed up dead which is fine, it happens. Not sure if I got lucky or what, but since I recorded opening the box, I got a quick refund and I'm definitely reorder soon to have the lobster dinner for son I promised for Christmas present. Would have gave 5 stars because of promptness of refund but they did show up dead, probably because of shipping service, so I feel I have to go 4 star. Would be 4.5 if I could do that. PLEASE RECORD OPENING BOX TILL YOU SURE THEY OK! They also gave me a 10% bonus towards next order which is awesome.

This is the 4th time we have had these lobsters from this company and it is always great. The customer service, delivery, and the product are all excellent!
