Glad I took the risk

I was concerned about never purchasing live lobsters. I also had never prepared fresh lobsters before. We had a special occasion and ordered the box of four small selects. I was pretty nervous with the purchase price, but had always wanted to try this. If you're in the same boat - on the fence - do it! The size was perfect for me and my guests. They arrived alive and kicking. I easily dispatched them before preparing. They were absolutely delicious! I took the carcasses and made lobster stock, and used the lobster stock to make a seafood bisque. Best I've ever had. I will be ordering this again!

We've been buying at the super market. My husband felt he was losing his sense of taste and felt it was a waste. However, he was able to savour every bite of your lobster. We know where we will be buying in the future. Thank you for the experience.

Birthday Lobsters 🦞

Order a 4 pack to celebrate mom’s 70th birthday, all showed up well packaged and kicking. Delivery showed up Saturday morning for the Sunday cook. Follow the storage instructions and everybody was alive for Sunday. The claw meat was fantastic, sweet brine, will reorder again!! Oh, we filled the cook time and heavily salted the water turned out perfect.
