The product is great but did not receive the additional head we ordered. Tried to communicate several different ways but no response

The brush arrived in a very timely order.
We haven’t used it yet. Because we are taking it down to the lake house , which we won’t be going down till spring.
But I will have an update when we grill out this Spring/Summer

Gave each of my son-in-laws a Rescue for Christmas 2025! They say it is an awesome product and as Californians we grill ALOT! Works so well!
