bad pants - very small in size - and balloon size fit - terrible customer service!

I would never buy from GPI Moto again - the clothes took forever to get here (jacket, pants, gloves ) Had to buy 2 sizes larger to fit and they were still small - very balloon size. But that is not the worst. Dealing with their company has been nothing short of a night mare. Had to pay 15$ to get a mailing label to return the clothes - and I'm STILL waiting on the label - (they have a 10 day period) and buy now - I'm sure that is long gone by - so I may be stuck with these clothes and will have to try to sell on Facebook just to make my money back. the gloves (xl) are the only thing that fit true to size. I read the warnings on the web before I bit, and I should have listened. If you do buy from them - good luck. It won't happen again!

“27 Days to Receive an Order Advertised as Shipping in 2–3 Days

I ordered a motorcycle jacket and pants from GPI Moto on May 1. At the time of purchase, the website stated that shipping would take 2–3 business days. After two weeks with no shipment and no updates, I had to contact customer service myself to ask about the status of my order. I was told I would receive shipping information within a few hours, but nothing happened. After waiting several more days, I had to contact them again. The lack of communication and delays became so frustrating that I requested cancellation of the order. Despite my cancellation request, the order was still shipped and eventually arrived 27 days after it was placed. The products themselves may be fine, but the customer service, communication, and order fulfillment process were very disappointing. If an item is not available or shipping will be delayed, customers should be informed proactively rather than having to repeatedly chase updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GPI Moto due to the poor communication and excessive shipping delay. The main issue was not the delay itself, but the lack of honest communication and the failure to honor my cancellation request.

Seems good

The pants for my waist but way to long to the point the knee pads are in middle of shins. These are apparently only made for tall people not normal height guys. I'm 5'10" mind u. The jacket is good though, I think I should have gotten a size bigger cause it's a little snug but the size I choose was a few inches bigger then the measurements I took. I contacted them to try to do something different for pants and was told I have to go pay a tailor and have them fixed right
