Excellent Summer Jacket

The airflow of this jacket is very good. It does seem to be "mostly" waterproof. The only exception is the mesh area on the inside of the arm. When water hits this mesh part it seems to break up into smaller drops, some of which you might feel on your arm. However, my arm stayed dry even in heavy rain. Because it is meant for hot weather, you will still want to eventually stop and either install the liner or put on an actual rain jacket. Wearing a rain jacket over this was not an issue because it did not get uncomfortably hot as long as there was air movement.
