Definitely sad that I chose this company

I’m gonna be really honest and say that I made a mistake and when I called to try to rectify it, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. I wanted to send back a completely unused product, give them more money for the correct product and I was met with complete rudeness. On top of the fact that I don’t know where this person was, but it sounded like they were in their car while they were talking to me. I will not be spending my money with this company again.

Ordered to Canada. It took around 2.5 weeks to arrive which was a bit longer than I expected, but it was ordered in the Christmas season. Good customer service experience. Assembled the ladder in about 6 hours over the course of a few days. Assembly instructions were straightforward. Parts were labelled well. Some extra hardware provided. I ran into an issue where I overtightened and broke a screw and it was lodged in a dowel, requiring a new dowel. I informed customer service and was sent new parts within one week. The ladder and all components are very solid. I weight around 220lb and, while I’m not hanging off the ladder, I put some force into all of the components and they feel sturdy. My nearly 3 year old has enjoyed it thoroughly, especially the swing. I do recommend this product. For Canadian winters, it does a reasonable job at replacing the park.
