Simple 2 Hoop, Hoop Skirt

I thought I ordered the wrong size of the hoop skirt, but it does fit my waist and hips. It also works for an extra petticoat to add more shape.

Love this!! I'm 5'9" and my w/h are 36/48, and it's easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It's easy to adjust the hoop size, and they stay where I put them. I'm never going to wear a petticoat without a hoop skirt underneath it ever again! My only complaint is that it didn't come with any cleaning instructions and I couldn't find any on the website, so I don't know how Night Whisper recommends that I care for and maintain it. I'm a newbie in lolita fashion, so I don't have any prior knowledge on the topic.
