Black Ultra Soft Petticoat

Super fluffy and not scratchy on my legs! ^^

I love it! Although it is my first petticoat, my only issue with this though is the fallout, I don't exactly know what it is, but small black particles fall out from the petticoat. It was a lot in the beginning, so it got handwashed. But after that, there was still some fallout, albeit not as much in the beginning, but it was still visible.
