Sunnah Goods Fall Collection Bundle

I accidentally placed the order while trying to check delivery costs because payment was taken immediately. I contacted customer service on 5 July, and again on 6 July, asking to cancel before dispatch. I was told on 7 July that my order had already shipped. However, the UPS tracking shows the label was created but UPS didn't actually receive the parcel until 10 July. That left me feeling that my cancellation request wasn't given proper consideration. When the parcel arrived, one of the perfume bottles had leaked inside the presentation box, which was disappointing considering the premium price. To be fair, the fragrances themselves are genuinely excellent and I can see why people recommend them. My criticism is of the customer service and order handling rather than the perfumes. I hope Sunnah Goods will contact me to resolve the leaking bottle and explain why my cancellation request wasn't honoured.
