I’ve had a subscription to Bestpresso for about 5 years now. My favorite coffee is the Intenso flavor. The price point is great and the Bestpresso machine is every bit as good as the more expensive option.

Losing a longtime loyal customer

Pods are ok but customer service is awful. I have been getting 120 packs of Bestpresso pods every month for more than 5 years. The main reason I have bern buying only Bestpresso pods is their recycle program. Bestpresso stopped sending me recycle bags at the beginning of the year. Month after month I ordered bags and they were never sent. In June, I emailed Bestpresso Customer Service. Ariel promised to send bags once I supplied order numbers. Frustrating since I have been buying direct from Bestpresso and that’s clearly info they have. I complied and provided 5 order numbers from this year. Almost 2 months since that promise was made and still no recycle bags. I’ve contacted the HELP email a couple of times, and never get a reply. Very disappointing experience.

Their customer service is fantastic
