Cloud Balm

Love the item, the smell and the hydration is amazing. And yes it is a clear balm on the lip and you can even use yhe balm with a lip liner and it would balance. However, the balm will fade away after awhile

Just exactly what i was looking for! Smooth and very light. Makes very natural tint, like no makeup, but you have bright and moisturised lips. More layers - brighter tint so you can use it for different occasions.
