I had somewhat of a mixed experience purchasing this shilajit. I will preface by saying I have been studying shilajit for about five years now and tried many different resins from all over the Himalayas in hopes of finding a producer to work with for my own company. Initially, I wrote to the company directly with my positive and negative feedback to see how they would respond, expressing that I didn't just want to post some of the negative aspects of my order without discussing it prior as I understand they are a new company and negative reviews can have a big impact. Unfortunately, I wasn't met with what I would call good customer service, which further disappointed me. Firstly, it took 7 days before a postage label was created for my order which was strange as I was speaking directly with the owner at the time of my purchase due to an issue with their shipping, which was also incorrectly stated as being free worldwide at that time and it was only at the checkout it became apparent it would be an additional $10. It was only when I asked for my tracking number 7 days since purchase that my shipping label was created. I also later found out they had an eBay shop where I could have purchased the same product around 50% less in total cost due to the USA to UK postage. Upon arrival I weighed the jar of shilajit and then emptied it into more usable containers and then weighed the empty jar. Subtracting this came out at about 18g of shilajit, it will have been just over with some of the residue on the lid. When I explained this to the seller over email I was told that they always put more than 20g in each jar and it must be a difference between scales in Pakistan and scales in the UK.. 2-3g difference on a 20g jar is a rather big margin if you ask me. I was also disappointed with how runny the shilajit is. Especially as there are some videos on their Instagram that show a much thicker resin. I was told that this is perfectly normal and other resins are only thicker because they are heated. I don't believe this is true in my experience. Other resin producers just leave them to evaporate out more water under the sun over a longer period of time but obviously this takes more time and slows production down. A more runny shilajit also means the customer gets less shilajit for their money as there is more water weight in each jar. However, I think this is a very clean source of shilajit and I really appreciate their direct supply chain and purification process. If the shilajit was dried for longer to make it thicker and the customer service was a lot more understanding rather than defensive, this would be a 5* shilajit source. I hope you continue to improve and wish you success with your business.
