We needed to replace the battery lock on one of our e-bikes. Jason gave us some options then provided us with a personal video created by the techs in their shop, on how to remove the old one and install the new. They took care of shipping it from PQ to Apache Junction Arizona and we had it in hand 5 days later. Excellent support

Volt Bike Elegant Version 2 battery lock replacement (at least first try)

So the battery lock broke on my elegant version 2 and they did NOT have one online so I called and the people were very nice and said they had one and would send it to me. I have ordered stuff before so they had address (and I hope my correct bike!). I had to phone in to pay by credit card but that was easy and just a few days later I got a box. I was surprised when I opened it because it looked different. I was about to send an email about the mix up when I got this ask- about writing a review. Now I will see how fast they can fix the problem and hopefully I will write a better review soon! Thanks - NOMO In the pic the old one is on the bottom and new replacement with keys is on the top - do they look the same to you?
