VERTEBRAE KEEPING IT TOGETHER

I did have a problem with receiving this necklace, twice. First order was missing this. I emailed customer service and they were able to add it to another order that I had placed. It did take a little while to get a response and to receive it. When I finally got this with my other order, it was wrong color charm of brass and not copper. I emailed customer service again and got a way faster response and reship. I didn’t receive it in time to gift it for Christmas like was the plan. But I finally got the correct one and it was beautiful when received.
