I love this stuff! It's rich and tasty and I fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed.

Doesn't help me relax at all. In fact it makes my heart race and makes me wide awake.

Seems to be helping my husband. Like that it's a full months worth of servings instead of these other companies that are just 20 servings per bag for more money. That said, had I realized this was made in China, I would have never ordered.
